if we like your idea, we'll invite you to meet us and pitch your idea in person. bring your sense of humor. we need to be able to laugh together before we can work together.

do you know how to make 2 + 2 = 22? are you building the next great disruptive technology enterprise? if yes, go to step 3.

we move quickly. if we think there's a match, we'll make you an offer. ($25,000 - $1 million, maybe more, if truly game-changing).

send us your idea. we don't care if it's scribbled on a napkin, as long as you communicate your vision effectively. throw out the elevator pitch, craft a Wow! statement instead.

say “yes” and get going on your dream.

a word on non-disclosure agreements:
we do not sign NDAs. we are looking for people who can implement ideas, not simply come up with them. ideas are easy. implementation is hard--and where the money is. the best protection of an idea is great implementation of the idea.Quite frankly, we are not capable of implementing an idea--that's why we are investors.
